Is the drone still covered if it crashes in California? Are they not providing Cali insurance because of the address or because of any state regulations?

I flew in Manila a few months ago. Police RAN over shortly after I launched. Officer kindly explained that in order for me to fly I need written permission from the Governmental Media Relations board. (I didn't fact check that). I immediately landed, thanked the officer and quickly walked away.

Just took my Mavic out for it's first flight. Everything looks good but when I review the footage later I see wavy lines on the screen when the camera is pointed at or near the direction of the sun. It looks almost like a screen refresh issue, like when you record from the window of a prop-place...
