I was under the impression that it should latch securely if you hear the clicks but wow. I hope DJI addresses this issue because my perfectly working zoom is now dead :(

this is probably what happened to my mavic 2 zoom!!! crazy this is definitely a design flaw. you woud assume that when you hear the clicks that means its secured it isn't woah

Yeah but this is basing on the assumption that the battery dislodgement was the case which I doubt it was :/

What does the .DAT file say? i mean I always hear the click when I put on the batteries. I don't know why it would do that.

@sar104 That actually might make some sense. But if the battery was not latched on properly it wouldn't fly right? I mean. I've already done that maneuver before I got to the intersection

yup was happily taking pictures and out of nowhere. boom crash. drones was busted beyond repair and recognition amazon still accepted the refund but. this is absolutely insane. their is a problem with the new mavics and whos knows how many drones are susceptible to that tiny issue of suddenly...
