The contents and value should have been listed on the documentation attached to the outside of your package, usually right on the shipping label. That's how I always have to document packages I send outside the US.

I paid what was quoted to yeah... they must have paid them. I am told the tariffs are set by the declared value of the item and some folks get around it by declaring a low value. I don't know if it's true but I do know some ebay sellers state...
Any idea if they were actually paid? Some other threads on this topic mentioned these international sellers are documenting their packages contain less valuable products like "cordless drills".
