Most people who are actually using DJI flight log data have it stored in some kind of flight log application like Flight Reader or Airdata.

They will be deleted from the remote controller and will no longer be accessible in the DJI Cloud (if any are stored there) since the remote controller will no longer be linked to your DJI account.

Agreed. Per the OP, the mission is to "unbind and reset everything".

That feature can be hidden if you, for example, live in the US.

You would only be able to see them on both devices if you synced your flight logs to the DJI Cloud. If you did not do that, they would only be stored locally on your RC Pro. You can clear everything by doing a factory reset on your RC Pro.
