Change them both. Parts are inexpensive. ThecPTZ cable is very very light weight and easily damage in a crash. Common to see the connector on the camera torn off or individual wires frayed like a horse's tale.

To their credit, DJI was very good in responding. I did ask if I need to be concerned about my good batteries having been charged by the bad charger/hub. They said no but did take those SNs just in case the onboard ele tonics were affected. Time will tell.....

I justed checked my good batteries' history files. 1 battery is showing a 0.2 v deviation on the number 3 cell. And a check of all files for all batteries shows if I have deviations, they are on cell 3. All fall into minor rating. I have no recorded major deviations of volts or maps.

Ingobrecrived today indicates it was a charging hub issue that somehow affected the battery. No more detsilsbptovided thanbthat.

Just got the tracking number for the replacement. DJI has now asked for the rtn of the charger and charging hub and indicate there is a suspected issue with the charging system. Thry also asked for my "good" batteries' serial numbers which I suspect will be on a watchlist for future warranty...

Dji is now rounding back to me about my battery. They have replaced it and the drone under warranty but now engineering wants more details about the battery S/N. I can only read into this that they are trying to find the common node of the failures. There must be enough failures of this type...

I saw 82C on a day with 28C ambient temps. 82C converts to 184F. The day did not end well. My other 2 batteries flown prior to the incident flight on the same day got to 44C and 48C respectively.
