hi not the dji app its the drone assist app which is programmed by the CAA and we can take of from publicly accesable councill property but not private property , but can fly over private property with a 250 gramm drone not in a CAA no fly zone ?? now the person was flying in a CAA permited...
hi i have seen a you tube video of weston super mare and the guy flying was interupted by a councill worker and was told that WSM councill have a no flying of drones over the seaside resort the drone app does not show restrictions so who has overall controll please ??
BASIC OPEN A1 AND A3 RULES
Drones must have a take-off mass of less than 25kg
Always keep the drone below an altitude of 400 feet
Keep the drone at least 50m from people you don’t know though you can fly closer to friends and family
If your drone is below 250g in weight (like the DJI Mini 2)...
a bloke on youtube called DJ AUDITS worth a watch he flies over factories and all sorts worth watching a few to see how he handles property owners and the police
