Can the batteries be stored inside of the case? I have the smartree case with the separate compartments.

I am flying spirit airlines to the west coast in August. I planned on taking my mavic air with me. Any advice on traveling with it? Getting through tsa and on the plane? Thanks.

I bought the fmc and an extra battery so I have a total of 4 batteries. I just fly until all of the batteries are done and then plug them in and charge them. Not a big issue that the batteries charge one at a time as I am done flying.

Would it be a compass app or magnetometer app?

I think it has to do with the orientation of the iPad. It happened again today and I turned the controller up with the iPad in it and it flipped the compass to the correct position.

I have this [2018 Edition] DJI Mavic Air Pro Platinum, Spark Accessories, Remote Controller Device Holder, Foldable 4-10 Inch Phone Tablet Extended Mount for my mavic air and used an 9.7 iPad with it. I do not recommend it. It was very flimsy. I use an iPad mini now and it works fine.

No just a thin plastic cover.

Anyway to calibrate this? The iPad does not have a compass app like the iPhone. Should I download a compass app?

It was on a iPad mini 4 that is WiFi only. Will try that next time if it happens again.
