I don't know if you ever received an response to this, or if it is still relevant to you. I had an incident with the EBRPD about 2 years ago. Went to court and received a judgement against my case arguing the same thing you have brought up here. PM me and I can go into more detail if you're...
I bought a subscription to their program and it was well worth the cost. I literally had 3 days to study for my P107 exam and it helped a lot. I watched other videos on YouTube, but I wanted a little more of a structured presentation of the exam materials, and Jason Schappert's videos were...
I saw the question when I applied for authorization last week. I answered it, but I don't believe it had anything to do with the rejection I got immediately after submission.
I'm not having any luck with KittyHawk either. I postponed the job, until I get this figured out. I wasn't too enthusiastic about flying in that particular neighborhood anyway.
That field was on the form and I filled it in to the best of my knowledge. The response was instantaneous so I'm almost certain no one was able to read it and make the decision to reject on that answer.
Thanks for that info. I downloaded KittyHawk on my Samsung device...and also my PC and couldn't find out where to submit the authorization request. I set up a mission, but couldn't get to the authorization area. It seemed easy enough after watching their YouTube video.

Which is what I...
I thought we ended on a good note. Seeing the damaged prop and the photos got me a little upset.
I am trying to provide and perform a legitimate service without infringing on anyone's rights (to privacy or otherwise.) If there was more damage to the drone, I would consider contacting the police...
An interesting perspective, but I can say with a degree of certainty that I inspected the blades preflight, and did not find any visible or obvious defects.
