Thanks Schnauzergeek! It seems like taking a dremmel to the plastic and how thin it is on the bottom may not be the best idea. Sigh..

As with in another post, can you not dremmel the hood itself? Instead of the mavmount? I just think plastic is easier than metal.

Stupid question but how do I update the Crystal Sky with the latest GO App? I went to settings and went to update and all it showed me was Version V02.06.03.00 on CS 5.5. I hit the "Check for updates" and it doesn't do anything.

Is this possible? I don't know the design of the hood but i'm sure it would be an easy thing to do with the dremmel. Can someone take a pic of the hood to see what I would have to dremmel? Unfortunately, I'm not comfortable to take an angle grinder to the mount.

I actually contact mavmount about this as well and although they are aware of this, they really didn't give me any solutions. I still love my mavmount I just wished that I had the ability to have the option of getting the hood which will work with my mavmount. Unfortunately, I also don't want...

Stupid question Is that an Advance mavic charger. I bought the same thing (Phantom 4 charger) however the connector doesn't work with the standard Mavic Charger. I'm assuming the advance is a bit larger?
