Cool spot. From a filmmaking perspective, you could improve this by offering more "reveal."
The helix shot your drone performed is designed as a "reveal" style of film shot. Therefore, the real payoff is in the big landscape view which you didn't really capture. You got some of it near the end...
Would love to know the answer as well. Settings for flying indoors. I would think you want to disable sensors and fly carefully. But how do you turn off GPS?
I am very interested in this--I don't fully understand. When you are referring to the "High-Res Module" do you mean the HDR (High Dynamic Range)? If not, then where do I find the "High-Res Module?"
Thanks--I can't answer your question about "throttle up." There was essentially no visible response on the Smart Controller, so I did not know what was happening. I was pressing RTH button, but there was no movement of the drone location on the map. It simply stayed in one place on the map.
Thanks. So the link from posts #2 and #3 does not appear to work with the DJI Smart Controller which is the device I was using at the time of loss. However, I think I have found the .txt file in a folder called DJIFlightRecord....txt so I am hoping I can upload that file.
Flew about 20 flights. Read everything, still trying to digest it all, but I'm trying to be diligent. I flew out over a salt marsh in late evening. Received notification on Smart Controller that signal had been lost. Maps showed drone in one place. Hoped RTH would kick in, but no such luck...
I really like the Quickshots auto-flight patterns.
The internal video editor automates sped up motion on all the finished products.
Is there any way for the drone to auto-fly the same patterns, but provide the video as though it were shot normally? Or a way to remove the Fast-forward portion...
Does anyone have links to info or tutorials on File Workflow?
I am new and having the hardest time figuring out the digital file workflow used by M2. SD Card on M2, Cache, Photos marked "Original" (Is this the original full-res or the original "Cache"), nearly 75 folders on the SD Card from the...
