If you wanted to stay with Android, then why didn’t you get the only DJI dedicated monitor there is. The Crystal Sky! It hands down thrashes the pants off using any other device. Absolutely brilliant on every level. And cheaper than an iPad. [emoji1360]

I love the DJI mount but I have the 5.5” screen which is taylor made for the Mavic Pro remote. The 7.85” screen is primarily suited for the Phantom Pro remote. Way too big for the Mavic remote!!

I used my 5.5 today in 37degree Celsius heat (99 Fahrenheit) and worked brilliantly. Had it since Christmas and not a single problem. So must be a bad batch out there.

Three good reasons to update though are the ability to now do ‘Dronies’ ‘Helix’ & ‘Rocket’ in Quickshot Mode which came out one or two downloads ago. Such awesome features that you would not have access to if you never update & live in the past. [emoji848]

Hey Lannes, never seen that MP hard shell case before but tempted to get one to put in my bag. Like the soft bag you have too. I do agree that the hard cases are not very covert.

It was 11.1 that people were saying the app was crashing with, that’s why I’ve stayed with 11. I see 11.2 is out now but haven’t seen any reports yet as to whether that has fixed the problem. Gunna stick with 11 until I hear otherwise.
