I assume this is an android question Go to Settings -> Apps -(3 dots in upper right side) select "Reset app Preferences" These are options on my Samsung Note20

So I tried to use the drone but it would not connect to my RC. Took a while to realize I had to pair it. Could DJI not drop a piece of paper in the box saying this or include it in my repair email, it was quite frustrating.

And as an added bonus, I had sent my friend the forum discussing 3-D printer storage boxes for the fly more case. These just arrived in the mail.
