I think you could also check the voltage in the DJI Fly app. That's the relevant data. You are probably right that 0% does not harm the battery. Which app or software do you use to get this picture?

I have the DJI Goggles 3 and I had heard about the issue. Mads Tech has published a video about the issue: I am absolutely not happy with my Goggles 3. I bought the goggles when I heard that you can fly the Air 3 with goggles, but it is a big disappointment.

This morning I did a flight in Mode N with full forward pitch. The speed was at 43 km/h +/- 0.4 km/h.

I don't know if it is correct. In the next days I can hopefully test the speed when I push the right stick fully forward in N Mode.

In the Air 3 manual v1.6 on page 48: the maximum flight speed is 12 m/s. That is 43.2 km/h in N mode. The max flight distance of 32 km is on page 103.
