I use polar pro gimbal protectors on my zoom and my pro .they are easier to install and don’t scratch the camera

The glare from the sun can cause the sensors to think there is an obstacle in front and also clean the sensors with a q tip or something make sure there is no bugs or any debris on the sensors that can also cause it to stop

Don’t think that happened in transit.the original gimbal protector holds the camera pretty steady.those scratches are definitely from removing and replacing the cover
