Agree. Not a good look. Best review the CASA rules. Max fine is $12,800. Really dangerous as drones can randomly fly away, hence the reason to maintain the 30m distance.

It's people like this that ruin drone flying for responsible pilots!!!!

So this is what I had suggested, instead of allowing the drone to do an automatic pano, you are suggesting yawing the pano in a horizontal plane, overlapping the images and the stitching those results. I'm going to give this a try.

Okay, what about this for an idea then to overcome panorama distortion? Set the drone to create a vertical 3 shot pano. Then fly sideways so there is a 30% overlap with the first pano, and create a second vertical pano. Keep repeating until you have the desired width. Then, take all the .dng's...
