Meh, couldn't really get it stable...tried a few configs and machines..kept freezing :/

Yeah it didn't really like my main comp, freezing on setup going through the steps of setup on Android. Going to try my works comp.

Granted you need a fairly decent comp & graphics card to run Bluestacks, but I've never found it buggy & slow. But anyways its horses for courses. I'm gonna give that link you put a go and report back. Ped

/in your opinion. And if you're a computer genius, with an old computer. Bluestacks is MUCH easier.

Well tomeaton , this is quickly turning from an ohhhh no to YESSS ITS FIXED! :) I love these stories where repair companies charge an arm and a leg, so the user thinks "screw it, I'll fix it myself..nothing to lose"....and it sounds like you're on the home straight with the repair. Keep going...
