This has been a very interesting read. I was under the obviously wrong impression that a land owner did not own the airspace over their property and we could fly as we wished although obviously following the CAA rules. I am researching this after reading a lot of conflicting replies to a thread...
Mine did something similar too but that was before i was a member of this forum and i didn't know who to ask for help. Over 2 months ago now and hasn't done the same thing since.
There is lots of videos on YouTube showing how poor the Air is at active track, if you try to get it to follow you fast downhill especially with trees involved it will probably end badly.
