Just sent my mavic off to Drone MRO in melbourne. Had the same positive experience..Sent email and was contacted within five minutes to complete arrangements for repair. Go MRO!

did a search of the forums... came up with this... Remove memory card. Reformat it in the computer. Put it back in Mavic. Do a restart... that should fix it!

Just google it! Macbook should play .mov files . Go to VideoLAN.org/VLC and download the Mac OS X version of VLC. Open the .dmg file that drops into your Downloads folder. Drag the VLC icon into the Applications folder.

Just completed the update! Failed x2 so restarted the ipad... installed update Go4 app... restarted the mavic and controller and it worked! Quick startup outside to get the map home point message. all ok

Try Kevin's suggestion first! .... to try a different sd card!
