Nice solution! I like the idea of a tripod instead of a monopod. I have a camera tripod, just concerned about the footprint. Thinking of a monopod with small tripod base.

Stupidly didn’t get a lanyard when I ordered it. Thought I would use an iPad 9.7 with it, but it’s too old to use DJI GO 4. Forced to use iPad Pro 12.9 which is very awkward. Just wondering if I’d be better off ordering a lanyard or drilling and tapping for use with a monopod? Any...

Did more digging. Looks like it’s not possible without cutting out the rubber grips?

I’ve seen instructions on how to remove the rubber holders on the controller, but the controller is different with my M2P. There are no screws to remove on the baseplate. Any ideas?

Thanks for the response. Figured it may have been too recent. Aftermarket battery makers are usually pretty quick to market though.
