I have done the same, shutdown the RC, AC and Pilot App. Restarted iPad but unfortunately it does reoccur each time. I also use an iPhone and an android. I the blank screen can be reproduced each time on all devices. It's time to call DJI.

Yes. I was hoping the RC might contain the real distance from the home point and the height. The flight log ended when the AC was at 158 feet up. I've been looking up in the trees my neck is stiff.
