This drone thing is getting pricey!!

I just ordered the mavmount for my controller. I had the one I used on my mini, but it puts stress on the antenna and (at least for me) has noticable movment. The mavmount looks promising.

Never thought of that!!! I guess I'll try real hard (and fail) not to crash it!!!!

Stick with Decal Gal. If I can get it done anyone can. A few different companies make these and I'm sure some of them are lacking in quality. The moment you pull the sheets out of the envelope the quality is apparent. The adhesive they use allows for a piece to be removed and repositioned.

The bottom is covered also. I'll take pics of the bottom when i get home.

I had the some issue with seeing my original mini in flight so I ordered a dark skin for my mini 2. It doesn't help as much as I would like, but it does make the drone look very cool.

I just got and activated mine and I'm also getting the vision sensor error. When I activated it I bough the DJI refresh. I've tried everything I could find online to fix it, so I'll just send it in. I'll play with my Mini 2 in the meantime.

After doing some reading, I now understand that. The RTH is a straight line (I'm assuming) so setting the RTH altitude high will avoid trees. I didn't know this because I took it out of the box, powered it up and commenced to flying it.

My mistake was that I used the RTH feature and the drone flew through some tree branches and fell down. Had I been thinking I probably would have been able to catch it. I'll read all I can. I'm too new to fly it where I can't see it. Just teaches me to be more careful with the next one.
