Perhaps painting large eyes on the body will prevent attack. You can also attach some wire spikes, although these may impact flying characteristics.

Nicely done. However I believe in the KISS principle and chosen to use an iPad Mini 4 (Retina), which fits the RC perfectly with no mods required.

I always fly with the iPad in Airplane mode to avoid updating in the field.
