Oh I'm not surprised. The website says one thing yet the FAA Spokesperson says another. Typical big government! Pilot Institute maintains that only the 3NM light is required to fly at night. So believe the website or an actual person?

No it not! I just had a big discussion about that with Pilot Institute and the FAA.

The FAA site also said you needed a "Drone Certificate" to fly at night.

Im not sure what makes you think your settings will transfer when a update occurs! It's just like fresh install of DJI FLY so the first thing you better do is check ALL settings!

Are you not familiar with the Air2S? It has a light on bottom. On either side looks like a optical sensor.
