Hello, I am seeking some help/advice to fix a blurry image issue I am having with my Mavic Pro. This is happening with photos & video. The Mavic camera is set with all default settings.
Wondering if this is a lighting (Filter) issue, camera settings?? or a fault with the unit.
It was serviced in Carson, CA. I live in Toronto Canada, from the date I shipped back to DJI to the return unit arriving back to me was a total of 32 days.
Update on DJI service after my crash. Unfortunately despite asking on 3 separate occasions for DJI to provide me with a detailed flight analysis my Mavic was replaced and the data related to my crash is forever lost (according to DJI). However, the more I am reading your replies it's most...
On several occasions I have received the following warning message just moments after taking off, "Strong Wireless Interference, Fly With Caution".
I used to take off right in front of my home and thought that the interference could be with a wireless router in my home or a smart meter?? I moved...
I got the same message today too. They said it would be shipping within 3 business days. Hopefully this timeline is more accurate than their repair estimate of 3-4 days which was actually 10 business days
Now I know that I'm not alone waiting for Mavic replacement via DJI Refresh. Paid my $79 on Feb 8th and still showing as "under repair" which is B.S anyways because my Mavic was completely destroyed so I'm expecting a new unit. A friend crashed his Mavic into a river due to a battery malfunction...

Hi, sorry it took a while but I was able to get the DAT file of the crash from my Mavic. You can click on the link to access it. I could not figure out how to convert to TXT (not the most computer savy) but hopefully you can figure out...
Ok, I was able to find my flight data on the DJI APP and here (if anyone cares) is the sequence of messages I received in the short flight
- strong interference now. fly with caution
- taking off
- home point recorded, return to home altitude 98ft.
I then flew across the street into the park at...
It honestly caught me completely off guard, it was flying fine then in 2 seconds it was crashing towards earth. I'm glad that the only flying I was doing was in the empty park across from our house. I'm going to use this as a valuable lesson.
Thanks, that's good advice. The first crash seemed so minor I did not imagine it would have caused so much trouble. I'm new to this so I have only been flying in an empty park across from my house.
I'm starting to think that the tree incident was worse than it looked. I did find out that one of the locking tabs from the propeller was missing and probably stayed in the motor. Unfortunately I am so new to this that I was watching the drone and not paying enough attention (obviously) to my...
