I own a Mavic Air and a Mavic Mini. The mini is great in low wind conditions. The wifi is about the same in both quads. The Mavic Air is much better in almost all other aspects. Go ahead and get the MM with the fly more kit. It's will worth the investment. Happy Flying!!

Yes, I installed the latest firmware update yesterday, but I have yet to fly the drone since it been raining. but hopefully the new firmware does the trick. thanks for your input. Happy Flying

Actually they are designed to protect your Mavic Mini from dust and debris seeping into the motors while operating your aircraft.

I've had a few instances where my Mavic Air was attacked by birds, and sudden climb to about 200 feet seems to always work for me. They seem to loose interest and fly away. This might or might not work for you since gulls are high flyers. Try it anyway, see if it works. Take care and happy flying.

Does anyone have MM motor covers? and if so, are they performing to your satisfaction. I'm concerned about over heating the motors.

The PGYTech Landing leg extensions work quite well actually, and in my opinion, there is no noticeable drag or wind affect. You can fit the MM in the flymore case if you remove the front leg extensions (easy on and off), and store them in a convenient place in the case. The MM will then slide in...
