I'm flying a mini 3 pro and just recently started playing with video. If I try to do a longer shoot I end up with multiple 5 min videos. Does it automatically stop and restart every 5 min or is there a way to do a longer video? Thanks Stan

Your home position is determined by gps. Home position cannot be determined until you have enough satellite data to mark your position. VPS takes over when you are close enough to the ground to determine if it is a safe place to land.

Since the drone can return and land within 2' of takeoff requires very accurat GPS. To bad it does not make it avalible to the pilot and on the photos.

I tried to upload a sample of a DNG and JPG but the forum will not take the DNG file. If you have photo shop or photo shop elements set your drone to record DNG and you will get both and can compare them side by side in photo shop and the difference will be clear. Stan

I shoot only in DNG/RAW and do not even download the jpg files. DJI's DNG files take very little post processing and look so much better than their jpgs. If I am goiing to post them I then save a copy as a down sized jpg is a file just for web posting...

My computer would not take the assistant 2. So I tried pluging the controller into the computer and then turning it on. It came right on but said update was inconsistent. It had an update button so I pushed it and it updated and started right up as well as the drone. So I'm back up and flying...

Did an updadt yesterday AM before flying. Cant get beyond the opening screen today. A couple of times after letting it try for a long time ( 10-15 min) it showed a red warning not connected to drone. Stan

I have a DJI Mini 3 Pro with the DJI RC controller. Worked fine yesterday, would not even bring up the go fly screen this noon. Tried all the connect suggestions in the manual with no luck. Any suggestions on what to try as the supplier is closed for the next week. The unit is only 7 days old...
