Just by replacing vision sensors It will not work . Professional calibration by specific tool is required . Contact any drone repair or service in your area

Check your bottom sensors. Maybe blocked or dirty. Check if correct altitude is shown on bottom left

On e you change the gimbal assy or mainboard That needs professional calibration (not by drone ) to match the new gimbal data with coreboard You can use python or dji official software for this . For removing error 40011 & 40021 You will require calibration firmware

This is not about motors only . There are hall sensors in motors . If any hall sensor is damaged then also you will get the error . Jerks can only be removed once 'gimbal motor overload' goes. Professional calibration can remove

I have seen the videos you shared . Seems cable is fine . May be One of the motors from gimbal has gone faulty . Can you share any video of gimbal while turning on the drone
