Is this a drone you have had from new? or have you bought it second hand and not been told it had been crashed?

This little bird is registering some serious errors that only usually flag up after an impact, the camera, gimbal, IMU/GPS board, front O/A sensors and the belly VPS.

It might be something quite simple, like one or more dislodged micro connectors, or a torn data cable between the IMU/GPS module, or it could be more systemic. Has it been flown in rain, or had contact with water?

Try opening it up to inspect the IMU board and camera/data cables and cable connection points. That's the cheapest fix. Then look at trying a replacement IMU/GPS board.... the next, slightly more expensive option. After that things start to get more difficult and blow out of proportion. It may well work out cheaper and easier to buy another mini 2.
