Definitely a Mavic Air 2. There’s no side sensors behind the battery, just a rear sensor. Also, the Mavic 2 Pro is darker grey and has a more squared off front.

Interesting. I did a controller firmware update today as well because it supports the Mini 2 now. Do you have that? Also, are you using a case? I am currently using the clear Apple MagSafe case.

Doesn’t look like it-they make those adapters. There’s a few YouTube videos that show existing adapters working with the new controller, so it shouldn’t be a concern.
