Do this: Set your PROJECT SETTINGS to the desired frame rate. Import the video clips, then while on the CUT or EDIT page select all the clips, right click and select CLIP ATTRIBUTES, Change the VIDEO FRAME RATE to the frame rate chosen for the project.

Any camera, be it a drone or your cell phone, that uses "technology" to create higher resolution images is a gimmick at best. Native pixels is what matters.

There is no dilemma out of the drones you have selected. You either want the best or you want the cheapest. But, you are new, so you will want all the protection (and features) you can get. Mini 3 Pro and be done with it!
