How& where do I find the RID Serial # for the Mavic 2 Pro/Zoom? I want to register this # with the FAA and can't seem to find it. Any suggestions?

I have a SC, M2P, an M2Z and a Mini2. I use all 3 with the SC. Usually, when I change drones, the SC finds and accepts the change. Sometimes, though, the SC asks me to pair the new device.

Can anyone tell me how to update my SC to install DJI GO4 v.3.60? I'm about to update my firmware for my M2 Pro and M2 Zoom to make them RID compliant. I want to be able to fly using my SC, but I don't believe it will work without GO4 installed.

I am having the same problem with 4 of my 5 batteries. I want to contact DJI the same way you did: When contacting DJI Support to do a chat, you are prompted to select Inquiry Type: DJI Store Sales, Technical Suppprt, DJI Care services, and Repair & Replacement Progress. Which did you choose...

Well ... My SC decided to work properly yesterday. Problem solved??? I don't know what caused my SC to give me a headache, nor do I know why it fixed itself!

Both the RECORD Button (left) and FOCUS/SHUTTER Button (right) have decided to not work on my SC. I cannot find any info on how to fix this problem. Has anyone else experienced this problem with their SC1? Any suggestions?

I'm having the same problem now with my SC! Only BOTH the Record Button (left) and the Focus/Shutter Button have decided not to work at all! Have you found a solution to this provlem?
