That is an option, but only some insurance companies let you have multiple pilots. They have an operator ID, and I sometimes let them fly it!

Yes, The Mini 2 and the Air 2 now have flyaway cover (with a high premium) but that's no use to me with the MM unfortunately.

The problem with DJI Car Refresh (which the second hand one I have just bought does have) it's that 1. You have to recover the drone (and send it to them) for them to give you a replacement and 2. It doesn't give you any liability cover.

Unfortunately, I'm not made of money, and I am hoping to get a bit of money from the controller, to fund getting the new one. I got it on a good deal 3 WEEKS AGO for £200. And now they are about £300 (probably because of the restriction/lack of restrictions on the MM)
