Hello, i am finding the same! very frustrating.
in the pilot 2 app, POI can be added (only 1) and you can not set height.
in Flight Hub 2 i spent an hour trying to find out how to add a POI? no luck?
so, we know Drone Deploy can work with M3E, maybe i will use that...and soon Litchi will work...
Amazing photo. Great work.
welcome and enjoy. I have my advanced license now and it was a great experience getting it. I did my courses online through costal drone out of BC. Was great. And they have advanced examiners here in Ontario. Brampton actually.
min in oakville and fly all around this...
cool, sounds good.
that was what I was thinking as well....take some video from the side of the fields or from over the trees out of the way of people...this will be so much safer. No job is worth the risk to personal safety, want to make sure we (Mavic Pilots) convey a good image to the public...
I completely agree. And I generally never fly over people. This is for a promotional video for a popular public farm in our area. The owner wants video of his property wot the hustle and bustle of people over a period of a year. Four separate visits. Then I create a nice video he can post on...
Yes valid comments. And yes agree that 100 cdn is like 10 cents us. Lol. I’m pretty sure fines are steep and risk of injury is high. So it is worth the investment. Or as you say I will just stay more than 5m horizontally from people and I am good!
yes good points. I see. I got mine with the package I bought used from a guy. I looked on Amazon but they are not available in Canada right now. Only the USA and UK. Sucks. But I had the PSY ones as well and like the PolarPro much better for fit and finish. And you can keep them on when...
I have both mavic 2 pro and zoom. I have the PolarPro landing gear for them. The one that folds nicely away. I like them and they work well. Bit is landing gear really necessary? I land on a hard surface usually and I have a landing pad when landing on grass. So I don’t really see the need for...
Hello. I have a mavic 2 pro and zoom. And I have an advanced license. This means I can fly within 5m horizontally of people.
the mavic 2 can be equipped with one of two approved parachutes by transport Canada and I can fly directly over people. Bit these parachutes are between $2k to $3.6k...
Costal Drone has a nice prep course and for 250 they include the cost of the flight exam....i liked it allot...my flight examiner was amazing and knew his stuff, i did it in Brampton.
also for only 50 extra costal drone has a good course to prep you on making you SOP's and checklists...well...
cool, thanks MA2 317...
I had a Mavic Mini, then sold it and got the Mavic Air 2, sold that and now in the Mavic 2 Pro...all are amazing, i did like the MA2 allot, should have kept it...but the M2P is by far the best...
