Wow....got tired of reading the same thing over and over. Everything I did read is easily solved by flying the M2Z.

I shoot an average of 2000 pics per month with my M2Z but few panos. My technical knowledge on the automated pano functionality is admittedly low. I CAN tell you I have tried and never been successful at changing the focal length. Ill watch this thread hoping to learn different.

In last 10 months I have made 986 flights searching for wildlife big and small. Only the M2Z is capable (or other drone with at least 96mm zoom) of consistently acquiring the smaller animals. I can ID a fox from 500-700 yards without having to fly to it....from 200 yards It wont know im there...

Its certain the photo/video gurus will appreciate the pros performance over the zoom. For casual viewing by 99% of my friends that are not professional photographers ....the notice no difference. So if you seek approval from the pros get a pro. If you shoot for fun enjoyment and to share with...

Talk to DJI. Thats their claim. I have noticed no loss and have never heard anyone say different.

95% of my vids (wildlife) could not be shot with the M2P.....96mm lossless zoom on the M2Z allows me to vid wildlife AS WELL AS any other standoff situations.....like monuments....no fly points of interest.....etc. and it lets me explore and get close up shots when obsticles and bartiers are...

There will ALWAYS be new and improved technology just around the corner on everything. Just buy the latest and greatest when you want to get back up in the air. The M2 series is pretty much debugged by now and the knowledge base here on the M2 series is extensive from what I see and read...

I am 45 min SW of you (Grandview) on 100 acres surrounded by 1000s of acres. I fly an average of 6-8 flights per day. Have 991 flights and 330 hours air time since bought 1st drone March 1st. M2Z. Contact if you have trouble finding places to fly. You are welcome to come out.

The drone did a great job holding in 23 mph wind at 96mm zoom. As a side note I will mention ... I have had some successes that would have otherwise been failures....by approaching with the sun at my drones back. Just something I have become aware of over the 100s of shots. Well....of course I dont have a production crew to deal with. I would assume the ground crew has its own thing (shots) going on...separate from your interaction. If simultaeneous is required overstimulation to the animaks is likely. The M2Zoom I fly is extremely advantageous for animal shots.

I have found all animals very approachable domestic or wild if done correctly. I have 956 flights at the farm with every wildlife in vids....undisturbed. My cows love the drone. I blow the flies iff their backs ? The horses are a little more skiddish. But all animals can be cl ou se up shots if...

Gimbal, zoom, and yaw are progressive controls. There is no need to ever change any of those settings. Don't limit yourself with special settings. Learn to use those progressive controls within the capacity and limitations of the camera.....or you will forever be trying to figure crap out on...
