    Japanese lower weight batteries

There definitely won't be a lighter battery as Japan has now changed the rules to sub 100g drones instead of sub 200g. Yep... unbelievable but true Drone Laws in Japan [Updated September 29, 2022]

Who thinks the Mini 3 Pro has hardware necessary for autonomous waypoint missions?

Well as the mini 2 can do it via litchi.... yes.... I've done it dozens and dozens of time including professionally... no problem. Ever.

No SDK for the Mini 3 Pro in the near future

Which I'd exactly why I've held on to my air2... mapped nearly 2million sq mtrs using this drone. No problems at all.

Jerky yaw movement in Litchi waypoint missions solved for DJI Mini

Absolutely it does but boy is it slow in comparison.... I've tried both and genuinely cannot tell the difference but Movavi is way, way quicker whether its 4k, 2.7k or 1080p

Jerky yaw movement in Litchi waypoint missions solved for DJI Mini

Bit late to the party but I've solved this... in post and it works very well. Take the complete video.... put it through Movavi (free) click on stabilise. Go for max stabilise and... apply... excellent results.

    DJI Mini 3

Normally I would say (like others) that a mini 3 won't be released this year but.... if the Hubsan Zino mini pro is actually released in the next few weeks (another sub 250g) and it has an alleged 40m flight time, and alleged active track and alleged obstacle avoidance....as you can tell I'm...

UK Rules are too complex... a total mess to fly

Don't worry... you're absolutely not stupid for asking this question as it is confusing ref these regs. All I can say and as per my previous post, if you get yourself a mini or better still a mini 2 you can pretty much fly anywhere (sensibly and without endangering anyone etc). It really boils...

UK Rules are too complex... a total mess to fly

I must admit that the regs CAN seem pretty confusing and I have passed my a2cofc. Genuinely, if you want the least amount of hassle and with no real worry about separation distances and C class ratings etc and also forgetting about the implementation on all of the regs at the end of next...

    Bye-laws - Where can I fly ?

I think there's a really interesting video on YouTube from Geeksvanna about this as a flyer in the UK. So as has been mentioned earlier, if you take off from an area outside say a national trust spot (so you're on public land) where drone flights are prohibited they can't really stop you as this...

    Anyone dealt with this company?

HI, I've checked and I don't think there even Based in the UK (HK I think) so I would strongly advise you not to buy from them, apart from anything you will likely be liable for import duty and or VAT. I'm also in the UK and bought my mini 2 flymore drone second hand on ebay for £451. Its...

Another reason to consider a bigger drone than the Mini 2

I'm posting this purely from a UK perspective and own both the air2 and mini 2, I truly love the air2 and would use it as my go to drone all the time except for 1 very serious problem. Here, anything over 250g is now a total hassle as of Jan 2021 and whilst I agree that the air2 is better to...
