Drone Assist... Network Rail...UK

I'm wondering if anyone has used the link on drone assist to coordinate a flight near a UK railway. Apparently this can be done 14 days before a flight. How was the experience of using this method of coordination ...?..was the process user friendly and helpful?.....any comments appreciated ?
