I'm currently in Shanghai so, the DJI Support center suggested I send it to I think their main offices in Shenzhen city. I believe that's where their main offices and factories all are. There is an attachment of the case progress and so far, the DJI Support email corresponding has been great.

Non. It’s stuck on OPTI mode.

I don't know if you understood my issue well. My Mavic air can't connect to GPS even on an open field. It's stuck on OPTI mode even when I'm outside

My drone went to OPTI mode when I flew under a tree so it dropped and fell. Now I can’t connect to gps again. Moved to different locations, mostly open fields but still no GPS signals and it’s stuck on OPTI whiles our doors. Please any help?
