Sent Mavic Air for repair

I just submitted a repair case online and shipped my Mavic Air for a fix on the GPS. Hope to share my experience with you guys

I'm currently in Shanghai so, the DJI Support center suggested I send it to I think their main offices in Shenzhen city. I believe that's where their main offices and factories all are. There is an attachment of the case progress and so far, the DJI Support email corresponding has been great.
