I've broken the gimball housing on my Mavic Air 1. Replacement cameras and teardown/replacement procedure vidoes are available online.
What I cant determine is if gimbal/camera replacment for the Air 1 requires DJI repair shopnew camera calibration and pairing to the motherboard or is this a DIY replacement which I can do at home without specialized pairing.
I've read some comments that the Air 2 and subsequent Air models require DJI shop pairing but nothing confirmed on this for the Air 1
Maybe I can simply transfer my original camera to a new gimbal or is it an intergrated unit?
