I’m seeing some of them come through but not all. Seems like it is sporadic and takes longer than before. I’m also seeing the app crash often while downloading the photos. I’ve deleted and reinstalled with no change.

I’m chatting with DJI about this again. These reps know nothing about this so it is almost hopeless trying to get real info.

Had the exact same thing happen with an original Mavic Air battery. Swelled up and I left it out in an empty spot in the garage away from anything and a month or two later it looked totally fine.

This started with the most recent firmware update. It used to download them as I flew, now I have to manually do it. I’ve checked all the settings I can think of to no avail.

So, according to a post from DJI in the DJI forums, I have the latest firmware, 01.01.06.70. Those with Air 2S, which do have an 02.xx.xxxx firmware are hopefully a little more careful when operating their drones than where they post. ;)

They changed the way the download photos operation works. The select and download all buttons are not visible when you view the photos you've taken.
