I believe its called the gimbal flat PBC ribbon cable, it actually came with my gimbal PCB (2 of the 3 cables). You can get them from China but you will be waiting forever on that boat (so it seems lol) I found one in the states though...
Replacing the exact cable you are referencing as the potential problem is what solved my “no video transmission” issue after replacing the gimbal PCB. Although I didn’t have an sd card issue, It was my last resort before replacing the vision board. The two issues could be related though....

Have you tried a IMU and gimbal calibration?Have you tried to replace any of the hardware?
If not, I would start with the calibrations first and then with the simple/less expensive parts. Video signal flows from the camera barrel to the gimbal PCB to the vision board through the LVDS and another...
