No, DJI said they won't be able to fix this with a software / firmware update. Likewise with the fish eye. Where in Dlog & Hlog have a curvature on eg. The horizon and even noticeable with windows and houses etc. But some people have made lutes to fix this issue.
That's true Paul. Either through overheating which is most likely. Or to keep the phantom series superior to the mavic series. But keeping 4k at 30 f/p/s is most likely to keep the phantom series superior as their 1 inch sensor is using 60 f/p/s at 4k. The phantom 1 inch sensor isn't overheating...
I've had both mavic 2's. The mavic 2 pro and now the mavic 2 zoom. I much prefer the zoom. The 2 pro may have better low light footage. But that's about it. The rest is better with the 2 zoom
I do want the very best quality video. But in low light, sometimes you need to sacrifice some video quality. Am I best to change the shutter speed or ISO?

I put transmission in manual mode yesterday. Firstly manual mode in 10 ghz. Then in 20 ghz. I am in the inner suburbs and found the 10 ghz channel was best. I'm now going to try auto mode then 10 ghz and then 20 ghz.

Yes, in in built areas where bluetooth, wifi etc are using 2.4ghz, 5.8 will generally get you a longer distance. My mavic air in auto mode only got 400m. In manual mode 5.8 in in built areas got 1200m. I've sent my mavic 2 pro back because my mavic pro platinum got a further range 8 out of 10...
