Update:: well insurance wasn't much of help .. caulking this one up as a life lesson and will be doing thing different this time around. Some friends of mine felt so bad they took up a pool and they all chipped in some money and gave me 500 towards another one. Which I'll be honest with...

Your so right about not getting any help. Dji basically told me its not there issue. There customer service sucks. Great products but poor service. I'm already keeping a eye out for another one. Just haven't found a deal I can afford.

They grabbed my whole bag. Which in all honest looks alot like my camera bag. Im Sure they had no idea it was a drone. Probably think it's a toy.
