did you took the plastics off the front sensors? were you flying towards the sun? there’s some threads on here regarding this matter

I would do the flying & shooting and just give him the shootings as they are and tell him to find a professional to edit/put them together for him

is the drone switched on? The wifi on the drone has nothing to do with connecting it to pc/dji assistant 2, the wifi is used to fly the drone without the remote..

make sure you use the Flight controller sn (find it in the dji go 4 app) when trying to unlock the nfz and not the aircraft sn, happened to me after the latest update I think.
