    Dji Care Refresh+ Slight Confusion

You can still get Care Refresh. It is just more trouble for you. You get on DJI chat and submit video evidence that your drone is still in good shape and it should work out. PM me if you have more questions.

    Dji Care Refresh+ Slight Confusion

Hi there. Yes I bought my drones on Amazon too. To get Care Refresh, I went to the DJI store and just bought it there. But don't wait to do this. You have 48 hours only after activation to get Care Refresh this way.

    Dji Care Refresh+ Slight Confusion

If I understand this correctly, Care Refresh+ is just the name DJI gives for a one year extension to the one year Care Refresh you can buy when you first purchase a DJI drone. The name is confusing, I know. It makes you think that there are two programs and the "plus" program is the deluxe...

    Dji Care Refresh+ Slight Confusion

MAvic_South_Oz said: I guess the question is . . . did you pay the Care Refresh fee, or perhaps they just sent you a new one under warranty ? Sorry if I missed that if it was posted above. I paid the fee for Care Refresh. So it went like this: I paid for Care Refresh when I bought the drone...

    Dji Care Refresh+ Slight Confusion

Hey there, thanks for your reply. Yes you are correct, I'm pretty sure it could have been handled as a warranty claim. In fact, when I first chatted with DJI, Sabrina ( that was her name) asked me if I had crashed the drone. When I said no, she referred me to a link that would have set me up...

    Dji Care Refresh+ Slight Confusion

Hello everyone! I'm not all that confident about the assistance DJI gives when you have a problem. Too much reading about DJI on Trustpilot can do that. With someone's help here in this forum hopefully I will know exactly what I want DJI to do for me to solve a potential problem with Care...

Best/fastest way to transfer photos and videos?

Specifically, the problem is you can lose pairing between the controller and your mini because of an SD card. Reformatting the SD card can fix this. Have a look at the comments for the video. It was night and day for me. The only thing that worked.

Best/fastest way to transfer photos and videos?

Exactly what I thought. Unbelievable. But it has happened to others. Google it.

Upgrading from my ageing P3 pro. Considering Mini 2 and Air 2S

I own a mini and a mini 2 and I would love to get a Air 2S. If you can spare the cash, go 2S for sure. But you would be missing out on the mini which is a sheer joy to fly and takes portability and ease of use to the absolute max. Here in Canada, even with a drone license, there are places...

    Ya really wonder...

So anything goes? You can do anything you want so long as no one gets hurt? I fail to see the humor in it, not to mention the disrespect for animals.

    DJI customer service is horrid

These are for sale on Amazon and Aliexpress. But yes, whenever possible, I do not buy directly from DJI.

Best/fastest way to transfer photos and videos?

There can be problems pulling the card. My mini would not fly at all after pulling it and reading from it in a Windows computer. I own both mini and mini 2. I can't remember which drone would not operate but this problem has been discussed on this forum...

Mini 2 Amazing rocks and birds evasive maneuvers

Enjoyed your video. Bulgaria has beautiful scenery and it is great to be able to film in open areas with rocks and a varied and interesting landscape. Way more birds where I fly here in Niagara Falls. I avoid them as much as possible.

    Hello from Niagara Falls, Canada

Wow. What a lot of work you did here, Zbip57! I am going to print this and keep it in a safe place. You must be very passionate about drones. I was planning to get a mavic air 2 or 2s in the next year or so, but maybe I won't bother. I read another post from a dji owner on Amazon.ca and...
