I just cancelled the registration on my Air 2s which I sold. Since the Mini 4 Pro is under the weight requirement, and since I have my Part 107, and may use it commercially, is the registration of this drone required? Thanks for any answers that can advise me properly. I'm USA based.

No just turning on the power. I did find a video showing a quick tap and then a long tap until the lights go solid. On all my other drone it's just two taps on no particular length.

Has anyone else had problems with starting their new Mini 4 Pro? I've tried a number of different timed sequences but it usually a few tries. I've not experienced this with any of my other DJI drones. Thanks if you can solve the mystery.

I've stopped getting daily emails. Last one was Thursday 10/21/21. I've checked to make sure I was still subscribed. I was, so not sure what's up with that? I've enjoyed reading them in the morning with my coffee. Any help or suggestions would be gratefully appreciated.

Thanks for your answer. Yes, the issue I had was it wouldn't land where I wanted it to land and kept trying to crash into a wall. I think the obstacle avoidance detection system may have woke up. I think I just need to be sure to shut it is off at night.

When flying at night I feel the Air 2s four-way obstacle avoidance detection may not be effective. What do you consider in your experience is the best settings for four-way obstacle avoidance detection system at night? On? Off? Other? Thanks!
