I totally agree, there's plenty of life left in the MA2. And a great all-rounder.

And also the antenna on the pro fold across each other. Whereas the original smart controller fold underneath the controller.

There's nothing to decide , if your deciding between the two, it has to be the MA2, both for features and spares. And then there's connectivity, and ease of set up. If you can afford the MA2?, go for that 100%.

Exactly!, plus did you not try going to the reset gimbal on the dji fly app, might of realigned the gimbal.

Not that easy if your far out on the water. Hand catching is a great tool when needed.

I've always as a rule, turned the controller on first, then the drone. Don't know if that would make any difference, but dji always suggest this order.
