Thanks for the comment. I’ll see if they will do a cross shipment. When you say that you mean DJI sending the replacement at the same time of sending in the defective one?

Has anyone received a damaged replacement drone through DJI Care? Mine arrived with a damaged gimbal. Of course I didn't know it until the first flight, and when the problem showed I contacted support they had me run diagnostics that didn't show up anything! So frustrating because now I've got...
