I think I may have a cure. It works for me anyway. Stand about ten feet from the MM before take off. It doesn’t seem to like being too close to the RC.
I’m still going out to work. They’ve furloughed 75% of our drivers but I can multitask and drive plant as well as trucks.
Not flown the mini for over a month due to the weather. Can’t use cameras at work for security reasons so can’t fly there during the week. But I’m working there alone...
Had 3, but I only have 2 now since my tree incident. I’m still learning so 2 is enough for now. I’ll probably buy another before my holiday later in the year.

I’m a new pilot, but even I know to trust in my instincts as much as technology. I use UAV forecast set to 200ft to give me a 24hr prediction, but I still watch the tall trees on the next estate to my home. I’ve not flown for about four weeks but I’ll wait it out. Can’t afford to lose my mini.
I’ve not had a problem yet (apart from a tree suddenly growing where I was flying) unfortunately I’ve still not got enough flights under my belt due to the weather. So far mines been great for a first drone.
