How do you update the batteries if it doesn't give you a prompt that they need to be updated. I bought my ma2/flymore/smart controller combo about 6 weeks ago and had to do all 3 batteries at that time along with all the other firmware. It flew great until last week. I can't fly over the 30m...
I have a smart controller. I wish that fix would work for me. Has to be some software issue but I have reset everything several times and it's a no go. I miss flying around higher than 98ft.
Smart controller is doing the same thing. It was working fine, now restricted to 98ft in altitude. The lack of DJI support with this issue is amazingly poor. I haven't received any good advice from their tech support and they act like they never heard of this issue. I should have bought a cheap...
That's not an issue in my case. I show at least 16 satellites when I fly. There are some really old posts about this very topic but I haven't seen any conclusions or replies on a real fix. It looks like it is really easy to fix or nobody has flown very high or far in the last year or more.
I think that would be the way to go if there weren't others suffering the same issue. If DJI doesn't show some interest in the matter then I have zero faith they would find anything wrong if I sent it back. Even going the replacement route would give me no confidence that it wouldn't happen...
My ID box has always been empty and worked fine until just a few days ago. Day before that I could take it up to 400ft limit that I set. I have refreshed the firmware on both the smart controller and MA2 but nothing I try seems to work. I hit about 95ft and I get that login dialogue that flashes...
I have a ma2 with smart controller that started doing the restrictions after the first 5 flights were fine. I am stuck at 95ft high and not very far in distance. DJI online support is horrible.
